It’s been a while since the police mur killed Reggae star Smiley Culture under very suspicious circumstances. In the first blog post concerning the death of Smiley, I had asked cynically what the result of the following police investigations might possibly be – now it’s clear: “Police involved in the fatal arrest of Smiley Culture will not face any charges”.
